1. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received on time.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be received in writing. Refunds are processed according to the cancellation policy detailed in your booking confirmation. Some services may be non-refundable.

3. Changes to Itinerary

BRANDNAME reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety concerns, or supplier issues. We will do our best to notify you promptly and provide alternatives.

4. Travel Documents and Visas

You are responsible for ensuring that you and your group have valid passports, visas, and any other required documents for the trip. BRANDNAME is not liable for denied entry due to incomplete documentation.

5. Medical and Special Needs

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of booking. We will endeavor to accommodate these, but cannot guarantee all requests.

6. Liability

BRANDNAME acts as an agent for services provided by third parties. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from these services unless directly caused by our negligence.

7. Conduct

Travelers agree to behave respectfully and comply with local laws and customs. BRANDNAME reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior endangers the group or violates policies.

8. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, which you agree to by using our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate Dutch courts.
